Moses has sat-on over a dozen different Corporate Boards and has acted as President/CEO and/or as an officer and director of multiple Public Companies and dozens of Petroleum, Oil and Gas, and Alternative Energy enterprises. Mr. Moses is currently and has served as CEO and President of numerous energies, high-technology, banking/finance, and escrow companies, as well has provided stewardship over both domestic and international banking conglomerates. Additionally, Mr. Moses has successful been involved with and has operated numerous large and successful Private Investment Banking firms accumulating a client base of thousands and having negotiated massive international Energy and Utility agreements; experience that money just can’t buy. During these experiences, Mr. Moses has provided services in the realm of ‘asset and commodity trading’, ‘factoring and trade finance’, ‘credit augmentations’ as well as asset and collateral debt enhancements. Mr. Moses served as a Bank President for 16 years providing for nationwide commercial and residential lending services, bridge loan funding, self-liquidating debt financing and significant “Investment and Trading portfolio programs” for commercial as well as humanitarian and social purposes. He served as President George W. Ms. Mase is also a Commercial Pilot with well over 2000 hours of flight time for Ambrion Aviation out of Luton, England. Technology Advisor Mr. Rick Fluck is the CEO and founder of Controlled Capture Systems, LLC, a company that provides engineering design services for proof-of-concept prototypes and production ready products, for small and medium sized business and government research labs. He is US Navy trained in nuclear electronics and systems, with over 30 years of experience in project management, software and hardware design, and product design engineering. Mr. Fluck’s professional expertise includes electronics and firmware design, artificial intelligence programming and training, machine vision systems design, data acquisition systems design, and robotics systems design. Marketing Director - Eastern Seaboard, USA Mr. David King has an extensive background in Human Resource Management and Financial Management. As Mr. King continued his career, he also continued his education with studies at the at University of Maryland, Augsburg, Germany, at the Excelsior University and at the Disney Academy. Mr. King was a Budget Analyst for the National Guard Bureau in Alexandria, VA; an Operations Manager for the Department of Defense at Fort Belvoir, VA and the Operations Manager Community Recreation Programs, at Fort Belvoir, VA. He also served as the Facility Manager for the Department of Defense, in Augsburg, Germany. Mr. King was honorably discharged from the United States Army after having served three years active duty and three years in inactive status. During his service he trained on numerous weapon systems and site security. Mr. King had the distinguished honor to serve in ‘The Big Red One’ during the final years of the cold war.

Mr. Corey has over 18 years of product design and production experience. He has a unique passion for designing and building products, which he started to do in a garage in 1998.
